Both purchased from your Sharper Image Business at the San Diego, CA Fashion Valley Shopping Center in San Diego, CA. This business, as you know is no longer in existence. Both making a frying egg type sound, proper LED lights not functioning properly, flashing LED's, that do not stop when cleaned, or turned up and down to clean the wires. In need of constant cleaning. These were quite expensive items. I used some American Express Blue Rewards Points to purchase them. I am quite disappointed in their functionality, and quality, as they came highly recommended as the best product by your salesperson. Please send me shipping labels, so that I may get them replaced. Ed's ReplyDear Sharper Image Buyer;Thanks for the feedback. As we know, Sharper Image Ionic Breeze had some serious issues. Ionic Breeze was known for various shorts, static discharges, noises, and even fires. When the company was in business, Sharper Image had a pretty good record of exchanging defectiveBreezes for new ones. Many Sharper Image air purifiers were refurbished and sold as such. Now that the company has gone bankrupt, I am not sure if returns are being accepted. Some Sharper Image products are still marketed at other retail outlets -I just saw a SI Juicer in a department store. Good Luck with your complaint, Ed
