A Reader writes: Hi Ed, I just wanted to update you on the odor issue that was affecting my rabbitair purifier. After I was sure it was the carbon filter I contacted rabbitair and they sent me a new filter and postage to send back the old one. I'm glad I did as this new one does not smell at all. I'm very happy with their service as I did not have to supply any proof of purchase or anything (as I bought it from fry's electronics in Oregon and not directly from their website), and they shipped it to my house very quickly in Vancouver, Canada. They even sent me an email apologizing for the 'defective' filter. Thank you very much for your advice, and taking the time to reply to my emails. I'm now very very happy with my air purifier and am running it almost all day and night. I notice a huge difference in air quality, and also notice by looking at the filter that the air purifier is sucking not only dust but also small downy feathers falling from my bird's cage! Hey Reader; Not much for me to say here, except that I've been saying RabbitAir was the best non-manufacturing (they import better Asian models) air cleaner company out there, for several years.
