Air Purifier Vendors Offer Free Filter Promotions

Air purifier marketers have begun responding to the economic downturn with auto industry-like rebates. These incentives are generally packaged as "free" filter deals with purchase.

Alen Corp - Free Replacement Media

Austin, Texas-based Alen Corporation is running an "Earth Day" promotion, offering extra replacement filter media to customers buying any Alen purifier during the third week of April.

So buyers leaning toward the Alens, which are reviewed favorably here, could save $50 to $60 by making the purchase during the April 20-26, 2008 window.

Alen Corporation air purifiers, including Alen A375UV Ultra, Alen A350, Alen T300, and Alen T100, qualify for the filter-rebate.

Shipping charges for the extra filter will be paid by the manufacturer.

Buyers must complete an online form at Alencorp form, provide a product (UPC) code and sales receipt dated from April 20-26, 2008, to qualify.

Entries for the Alen complimentary filter promotion must be postmarked no later than May 26, 2008.

ClearFlite Air Purifiers Blueair Deal

Another free filter deal is running at web vendor ClearFlite Air Purifiers, at www.airpurifiers.com.

The longtime Blueair dealer, in association with the manufacturer, offers a free Blueair replacement filter to buyers making deals between March 1 and April 30, 2008.

This free filter offer applies to all Blueairs including the 200, 400, 500, 600, ECO10, and Air Pod series
